Advocacy and Development Coordinator
Lead Call Time Program with Executive Director to build out fundraising efforts, run Grants program work involving research, relationship development, and application processes.
Coordinate with Advocacy team to expand coalition-building efforts, amplification of grassroots organizers and progressive leaders, and produce rapid-response communication deliverables.
Produce podcast episodes in collaboration with the Podcast team, involving script writing, equipment set-up, and camera footage.

Marketing and Event Assistant
Executed all elements of two city-wide contests uplifting student artwork from 55+ school districts.
Produced all project language, including press advisories and social posts, and Shortstack, Eventbrite, and Wordpress website pages to organize entries, funds, and promotions.
Constructed Google Sheets rubric, and judged more than 150 pieces. Built Printify store to manage merchandise purchases for winning submissions. Notified winners and key stakeholders of results.
Managed event preparation for the reveal of two VIA San Antonio buses wrapped in winning artwork — inviting more than 30 young artists, developing certificates and large checks for each student.
Managed and edited more than 10 interns' content, including written blogs, social media engagement analytics, and how to use new software by designing trainings and templates on content creation skills.
Built and scheduled ten social media posts weekly on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Meta Business Suite, Trello).

TEXAS FREEDOM NETWORK

Cultivated four years of statewide relationships and expertise in lobbying, campaigns, and legislature.
Produced weekly, self-designed presentations, workshops, and graphics, as well as meetings and volunteer events, promoted on Instagram, Twitter, and Groupme.
Utilized recruitment and digital organizing strategies to grow non-profit program’s membership from five to more than 50 members in a year, by instituting community-minded events, hosting phone and text banks, and providing opportunities to register voters.
CITY OF AUSTIN BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS
College Student Commission Vice Chair. Prev: Secretary
Advised City Council in first-of-its kind commission, dedicated to higher education student interests, advocating on behalf of more than 150K people living in Austin.
Allocated $50,000 of grant funds dedicated to food insecurity and connected distribution to high-risk populations. Passed recommendations on affordability that prompted increased access to housing.
RUFFALO NOEL LEVITZ at THE UT AUSTIN DEVELOPMENT CENTER
Development Ambassador
- Established development and fundraising skills, raising $25,000 in one sitting, by speaking with 75 clients or more daily in our call center, which amounted to tens of thousands of dollars raised in my tenure.
- Combined my knowledge of the necessary data entry software, institution’s branding elements and impact, and applicable stories to manage donor funds and information.

- Facilitated the intake and departure information of our clientele, of around 30 groups daily, which required both conflict resolution skills and the coordination of their payments, amenities, lodging, and transport.
